Centrum Hotel

Centrum Hotel*** is a 65-room hotel which welcomes its guests in the historic city centre of Debrecen. It is only 50 m away from the Great Reformed Church and the Main Square where cultural events take place, but it is not far from the most important sights, offices and institutions of Debrecen either.

Rooms

Single Room

(It refers to accommodation in a double room.) Spacious rooms ( 27,5 m2 ) with parquet floor and a balcony. The room amenities include a telephone, a television (cable channels), a mini-bar, an alarm clock with radio, a hall, an electric jug kettle in the kitchenette, a bathroom with a hair-dryer and with a bath or a shower. The above average room size makes it possible that our guests can feel themselves comfortable and relaxed even if an extra bed is placed in the room. Some of the rooms face the wonderfully renovated Reformed College while the other rooms have a view on the more quiet inner part of Kalvin Square.

Double room

Spacious rooms (27,5 m2) with parquet floor and a balcony. Family apartment

Family apartment maximum 2 adults and 2 children. Spacious two breakout rooms (2 x 27,5 m2 ) with parquet floor and a balcony, with 2 + 1 beds, a convertible sofa, a telephone, a television (cable channels), a mini-bar, an alarm clock with radio, a hall, an electric jug kettle in the kitchenette, a bathroom with a hair-dryer and with a bath or a shower.

General room information

The above average room size (29 square metres) makes it possible that our guests can feel themselves comfortable and relaxed in the 65 double rooms. By interconnecting 2-2 double rooms furnished with extra bed, families with 4 to 6 persons may be accommodated comfortably. The rooms feature large space and high level of technical standards far beyond the hotel’s category. They are equipped with the latest high-tech equipment, such as 42-inch Full HD television. Other in-room amenities include Wi-Fi coverage, telephone, room safe, led lighting, mini-bar, soundproof doors and windows and custom designed furniture.

Approach

- By car: from Budapest using the M3 motorway and then by main road no.35. Distance: 220 km (2,5 hours).
- By rail: on Inter-city trains (approx. 2,5 hour journey, trains depart every 2 hours from the Eastern Railway Station). Travel from the railway station to the hotel directly by tram (3 stops) or by taxi (5 minutes).
- By air: from Debrecen airport by taxi or transfer provided on request (15 minutes).
